  • Incomplete Product

We advise you to make a video of opening your parcel and sending it to us at melini.comfortwear@gmail.com. Post approval of the video and receiving of the parcel back, we will accept the return and your payment will be refunded in 7-14 business days. Ship back your parcel at B-4, 1626 Rai Bahadur Road, Uchi Gali, Ludhiana, Punjab 141008.  We will bear the courier charges but don’t forget to share the courier slip with us for the same.

However, during the change, if the amount exceeds your previous paid bill amount, the customer is liable to pay the additional amount before the parcel is shipped out. If the amount reduces, we’ll return your extra advance amount as soon as the parcel is shipped out.
