Return & Exchange Policy
At Melini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process smooth and transparent. Please read the details carefully.
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

Items purchased during special offers, promotional events, or using discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are offered at exclusive prices.

All items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are preferably issued in the form of Store Credit.

Items received for FREE as part of any offer are not eligible for return.

Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Once approved, the product will be picked up within 3–5 days.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and may be adjusted against the Store Credit issued.

There are no handling charges for exchange; however, shipping charges for exchange orders will be applicable and must be borne by the customer. Exchanges (size/design) are subject to availability.

Products purchased under “Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store Credit issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Minor misprints or color variations due to screen settings or lighting during photography are not considered defects.

Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request.

The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.

Products purchased from third-party platforms or stores are not eligible for return or exchange through our website or store.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days. Please note, monetary refunds are applicable only in cases of wrong or damaged products. In all other cases, refunds will be issued as Store Credit.
Cancellation Policy :

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a Store Credit for the full amount will be issued.

If a prepaid order is cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit after deducting applicable shipping charges.

In cases where the order has already been shipped, Store Credit will be issued only after the product is received back at our warehouse.
Return Policy :

If you receive a package in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, we request you to kindly refuse the delivery. Please inform us at melini.comfortwear@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at melini.comfortwear@gmail.com with your Order ID, along with clear images/videos of the issue and a proper unboxing video. Our team will get in touch with you within 2 working days.

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check by our team.

Approved refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit.

Return shipping charges of ₹75 will be borne by the customer in cases of incorrect address/ pincode or unavailability at the time of delivery. For logistics errors from our end, the charges will be covered by us.

Store Credit will be issued only for the product value; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit cannot be encashed or transferred.

In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product. Please note, in such cases, we are not responsible for any loss during transit, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

The complete return process may take 10–15 days. Any updates will be communicated via email. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Once the returned product passes the quality check, the Store Credit will be issued within 2–3 working days to your registered email ID, after adjusting applicable return charges.

The Store Credit issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

Products purchased during sales, offer periods, or as part of combo deals.

Exchange Policy :

Once the request is submitted, you will receive an approval email within 2–3 working days, subject to acceptance.

Exchange is available for both size and design, subject to product availability.

Please note that at the time of placing an exchange order, only prepaid offers/discounts are applicable.

If the exchanged product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid in advance.

If the exchanged product is of a lower value, the difference will be issued as Store Credit (gift card) to your registered email ID, once the returned product is received by us.

A pickup will be arranged for the return product. Applicable exchange shipping charges will be applied.

Please ensure that the product is returned with original packaging and tags intact.

You will be notified once we receive your returned shipment.
